Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using Dragonfire-Hub (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance & Description of Service
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Dragonfire-Hub (the “Operator”, “we”, or “us”). By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept them.
Dragonfire-Hub is a free, fan-made companion web application that provides a dragon database, lineup builder, game guides, a tier-maker, a time tracker, and a blog for the mobile game Game of Thrones: Dragonfire. The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
2. Fan-Made & Unofficial
Dragonfire-Hub is an independent, fan-created resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to WB Games Boston, Warner Bros. Games, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Home Box Office, Inc., or the estate of George R. R. Martin.
Game of Thrones: Dragonfire is developed by WB Games Boston, published by Warner Bros. Games, and its trademarks and related indicia are owned by Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. The television adaptation rights belong to Home Box Office, Inc., and the underlying literary rights to A Song of Ice and Fire belong to the estate of George R. R. Martin. All game names, dragon names, character names, artwork, lore, stat data, iconography, and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Dragonfire-Hub uses descriptive references, community-contributed data, and in-game artwork solely for non-commercial, informational, and community-reference purposes. No claim of affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is made, and all rights remain with the original rights holders. If you are a rights holder and believe any content on this Site infringes your intellectual property, see Section 6 below for our Copyright & Takedown procedure, or contact us.
3. Acceptable Use
Any configurations you create on the Site — saved lineups, dragon star levels, tier layouts, or timer entries — are stored locally in your browser. You retain all rights to that content; we cannot see it and are not responsible for it. Messages you send via the contact form are used solely to respond to your inquiry.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaks the law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or its infrastructure;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by attempting to overwhelm its services;
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site’s content without attribution, except for the limited purpose of non-commercial fan reference;
- Use the Site’s content to train AI models;
- Submit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes the rights of any third party through the contact form.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site contains a mix of materials owned by different parties. This Section clarifies who owns what.
4.1 Operator-owned material
- The Dragonfire-Hub source code, released under the MIT License.
- The Dragonfire-Hub wordmark, logo, and metadata imagery.
- The layout, visual design, and color system of the Site.
- Original explanatory prose written by Dragonfire-Hub Contributors that does not incorporate in-game text or terminology.
4.2 Third-party copyrighted material (not owned by the Operator)
The following materials are the exclusive property of WB Games Boston / Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. / Home Box Office, Inc. and other rights holders identified in Section 2, and are not licensed under MIT:
- Dragon artwork and the in-game app icon.
- In-game UI icons used to represent stats, abilities, and mechanics.
- Game stat and ability data (dragon stats, command skills, habits, troop data).
- Game guide content describing in-game mechanics and terminology.
- Reference data for the Map of Westeros visualization.
These materials are used without permission for non-commercial, informational fan-companion purposes, and will be removed promptly upon request from the rights holders. See the repository’s NOTICE.md for the full asset inventory and Section 6 below for the takedown procedure.
4.3 Community contributions
Community-contributed strategy insights, dragon data transcriptions, and early-game wisdom are credited on the About page. Contributors retain whatever rights they may have in their original explanations; the underlying game data remains the property of its rights holders.
4.4 No Waiver of Third-Party Rights
Nothing in these Terms grants you, or is intended to grant you, any right, title, or interest in the intellectual property of WB Games Boston, Warner Bros. Games, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Home Box Office, Inc., the estate of George R. R. Martin, or any other third-party rights holder. The Operator’s limited use of such materials on the Site does not extend to any licensed or sublicensed rights to users, and users acquire no rights in such materials by virtue of accessing the Site.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that dragon stats, ability descriptions, or other game data are accurate, complete, or up to date. Game data is community-maintained and may lag behind official game updates. Strategies, tier lists, and guides reflect community opinions and are not professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, time, or saved configurations, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Because the Site is free and volunteer-maintained, the Operator’s liability for any claim is capped at zero (the amount you paid to access the Site).
You agree to indemnify us from claims, damages, or reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of any law or third-party rights (including the intellectual property rights of WB Games Boston, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Home Box Office, Inc., or the estate of George R. R. Martin).
6. Copyright & Takedown
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Site to do the same. Because Dragonfire-Hub contains copyrighted materials belonging to WB Games Boston, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Home Box Office, Inc., and the estate of George R. R. Martin (see Sections 2 and 4.2), we provide the following takedown procedure for rights holders or their authorized agents.
To report infringing material, send a written notice to contact@dragonfire-hub.com including: identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed; identification of the specific material to be removed or the URL where it appears; your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder; and your physical or electronic signature.
Our commitment: We will acknowledge receipt of a complete notice within two (2) business days and will review and act on valid notices within ten (10) business days — typically by removing or disabling access to the identified material while we investigate. If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address stating why, and we will restore the material within ten (10) business days unless we receive notice that the rights holder has filed a court action to restrain it. Where applicable, we will terminate access for users determined to be repeat infringers, consistent with the DMCA’s repeat-infringer rules (17 U.S.C. §512(i)).
7. Third-Party Links, Changes, Governing Law & Contact
7.1 Third-Party Links
The Site contains outbound links to external services that we do not control, including official game listings on Google Play and the Apple App Store. These platforms may set their own cookies when you visit them, and any transaction you undertake with them is between you and the third party.
7.2 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised, and material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7.3 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site will be governed by the laws applicable to the Operator’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We’ll try to resolve disputes informally for 30 days first. Your local consumer-protection rights override these Terms where required by law.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the others remain in effect.
8.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Site, and supersede all prior agreements.
8.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
